St. Johns County offers free beach shuttle service for Labor Day weekend

St. Johns County, in partnership with the Tourist Development Council, will offer a free shuttle service to the St. Johns County Ocean and Fishing Pier and Mickler’s Landing Beachfront Park from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 2, through Monday, Sept. 4, weather permitting.

Adventure Landing remaining open through 2024 season

Adventure Landing in Jacksonville Beach will remain open through the end of the 2024 season. Owner Hank Woodburn confirmed Aug. 29 that he was granted another lease extension that will allow the family entertainment center and water park to operate through the holidays and into next year.
