The St. Johns County COVID-19 testing site is experiencing long wait times due to increased demand; everyone should be prepared to wait in line for at least one hour. All tests will be administered on a first-come, first-served basis.

St. Johns County’s COVID-19 testing site to open 7 days a week

Starting Sunday, Jan. 2, 2022, the St. Johns County COVID-19 testing site will be open seven days a week to meet the increased demand for testing. The site is located at the Wind Mitigation Building, 3111 Agricultural Center Drive. As a reminder, the testing site will remain closed on Saturday, Jan.

St. Johns County offers 'School's Out Camp' Jan. 5

St. Johns County is opening the Ketterlinus Gym for a full day camp from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Jan. 5. The camp will be for all St. Johns County students in kindergarten through sixth grade. Campers must bring lunch, a snack and water bottle. The camp will include games, activities and more.

St. Johns County issues New Year’s holiday office hours

All departments of the St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners and administrative offices, the Property Appraiser’s office, the Clerk of Courts’ office, and the Supervisor of Elections’ office will be closed Friday, Dec. 31, in observance of the New Year’s Day holiday.

Sterling Joyce honored
