Jacksonville City Councilman Rory Diamond, joined by Jacksonville Beach Mayor Chris Hoffman, presented a proclamation from the city of Jacksonville honoring the late Sterling Joyce.
The presentation was made at Deck the Chairs during a celebration of Joyce’s life.
