Winter Jam will feature Dove Award winners

The Winter Jam Tour Spectacular 2017 will be at the Veterans Memorial Arena Friday, Jan. 13. Scheduled to perform are Crowder, Britt Nicole, Dove Award-winning Tenth Avenue North, Andy Mineo, Dove Award-winning Colton Dixon, Thousand Foot Krutch and NewSong. General admission is $10 at the door.

Boys Basketball: Fletcher gets first win of season, Sharks roster back to full strength

On Tuesday, Fletcher faced First Coast, losing 63-60. Tyron Bond led the Senators with 22 points, sinking three from beyond the three-point line. Jeremiah Payton added 13 for Fletcher, while Mike Young added 10 points, sinking one from three-point range, in the loss.

Senators, Sharks battle to 1-1 tie in girls soccer

Fletcher hosted Ponte Vedra on the pitch Nov. 22, with both teams battling it out to a 1-1- tie. The Senators got on the board with a goal by Isabella Baynard in the 34th minute.

Sharks open girls soccer season with win

The Ponte Vedra High girls soccer team opened the 2016-2017 season with a dominating 9-0 win at Orange Park recently. Piper Dotsikas and Kai Hayes each recorded hat tricks in the win. The Sharks followed the win with a tie against Bolles. Haynes scored the long goal for the Sharks in that game.
