History exhibit continues at the Beaches Museum

Take a journey through history to see the growth of the beaches, with the combination of tradition and innovation that has been the hallmark of beaches tourism. "Wish You Where Here: Tourism at the World's Finest Beach" is on exhibit at the Beaches Museum through July 9.

Exchange Club recognizes local students

Fletcher High School holds Miss Fletcher pageant

Fletcher High School's 60th Anniversary Miss Fletcher pageant, held March 10, had several former Miss Fletcher winners in attendance, including the first Miss Fletcher, Celeste Wall Watkins. Olivia Ledoux was chosen Miss Fletcher 2023 from 16 candidates.

Atlantic Beach looking to measure impact of paid parking program

Atlantic Beach officials are hoping to measure the impact of the extended paid parking program at 18th and 19th streets. City staff implemented the program last August, too late to accurately capture the revenue generated during peak season.

Springing the Blues returns to Jacksonville Beach

Springing the Blues is back and better than ever. The 31st annual festival features three days of live music on two stages in Jacksonville Beach, beginning at 5 p.m. Friday, and noon Saturday and Sunday, at the Seawalk Pavilion.
