Arts in the Park held in Atlantic Beach

Atlantic Beach hosted the 20th annual Arts in the Park April 22 at Johansen Park. The free, family-friendly event featured local artisans and craftspeople with visual art, jewelry, wood crafting, glass blowing and more. There was also live music, food trucks, face painting and more.

Bull Memorial Preserve dedicated

On Earth Day, April 22, the Harcourt and Florence Stolbrand Bull Memorial Preserve was dedicated at an event overlooking the new 217-acre preserve at Tideviews' Sunset Pier. It includes land in both Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach. Harcourt Bull was Atlantic Beach's first mayor.
