Mission House has new executive director

The executive committee of the Mission House Board of Directors has announced the appointment of Lucas Seilhymer as executive director following a national search to replace Carina Saladino, who left the organization last year.

More bids sought for Atlantic Beach splash pad

Citing concerns over inflated budget projections, city officials watered down plans for a new splash pad in Atlantic Beach. The commission included a splash pad at the Gail Baker Center in the city’s 2022-23 budget.
