Jacksonville Beach Elementary takes top culinary honors

Elementary and secondary students in Duval County Public Schools (DCPS) competed last month for culinary glory in the live culinary competition, Chartwells Chopped, with Jacksonville Beach Elementary taking the prize in the elementary category.
