BEAM seeking donations for Thanksgiving meals for families in need

The Beaches Emergency Assistance Ministry (BEAM) and St. Vincent de Paul are seeking donations to help ensure families in need don't go without a Thanksgiving meal. According to BEAM, 300 more Thanksgiving baskets are needed to meet the requests from families in the beaches communities.

St. Johns County Public Library System's Food for Fines program returns

The St. Johns County Public Library System's Food for Fines program is being held at the county's libraries and bookmobile through Dec. 21. The food items collected will be used to stock the St. Johns County Health and Human Services (SJCHHS) Food Pantry.
