Douglas Anderson presents 'Shadow Box'

Art used to mark events of Easter week

The lights were low, the bare canvas was highlighted and the singer had sung the poignant “Were  You There?” Artist Romeo Caseria walked to his canvas as the band played Christian music to start the Good Friday service at Ponte Vedra Presbyterian Church.

American Legion helps provide instruments to students

Gate to share Atlantic Beach station plans at open house

Representatives from Gate will hold an open house Tuesday to discuss plans to replace what they term a "dilapidated shopping center" at 535 Atlantic Boulevard with a 6,400-square-foot store and service station featuring seven pumps with 14 fueling positions.

County to help fund traffic study for Ponte Vedra Beach

The St. Johns County Board of Commission approved a motion to specify a funding source for a required 50 percent match (up to $63,222) to the North Florida Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) in order to conduct phase 1 of a comprehensive traffic study for the Ponte Veda and Palm Valley area.
