The lights were low, the bare canvas was highlighted and the singer had sung the poignant “Were You There?” Artist Romeo Caseria walked to his canvas as the band played Christian music to start the Good Friday service at Ponte Vedra Presbyterian Church. As the service unfolded, Caseria painted his interpretation of the service’s theme, “A View from the Cross.”
