The Florida Chamber Music Project (FCMP) will perform quartets by Haydn and Schumann on May 6 as part of the St. Augustine Romanza Festivale of Music and the Arts. The concert will be at Memorial Presbyterian Church at 32 Sevilla St. from noon to 1 p.m.

The St. Johns County Solid Waste Division has announced its inaugural Earth Day event for April 20, 9 a.m. to noon, at the Tillman Ridge Landfill, 3005 Allen Nease Road, Elkton. The event offers free services to St. Johns County residents, including e-waste recycling and paper shredding.
St. Johns County has reopened public access to Mickler’s Landing Beachfront Parking and beach access as progress continues on the $38.6 million Ponte Vedra Beach Restoration Project.
The St. Johns County Public Library System will expand library service hours beginning April 7. From 1 to 5 p.m., the Ponte Vedra Beach, Bartram Trail, Main and Southeast branches will open Sundays. Additionally, the Anastasia Island and Hastings branches will open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
