In anticipation of the effects from Tropical Storm Nicole, St. Johns County has issued a voluntary evacuation effective at 7 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, for coastal St.
Duval County Public Schools will be closed Thursday, Nov. 10. Athletic activities, extracurricular activities and after-school activities are also canceled.
