Marie Elizabeth Preacher passed away peacefully on March 14, 2016. Loving mother and wife to Blendel “Bill” Preacher, Marie was a true Navy wife to all that knew her. Active in the Fleet Reserve and Ladies Auxiliary, she supported the US Navy in a multitude of events whenever the need arose.

Paul Marvin Witt, 69, of Neptune Beach, succumbed to his long battle with cancer on March 17th 2016. Paul was born on September 2nd 1946 in Charleston, West Virginia to Venis and Velma (Parkins) Witt. He graduated from Nitro High School in 1964 and from West Virginia State University in 1974.
