Hundreds of swimmers turn out for Ocean Marathon

    The Hammerhead Ocean Marathon took place in Jacksonville Beach over the weekend, setting the stage for hundreds of swimmers to take on the course that covers the bulk of the South Jacksonville Beach coast. The event consisted of two races – a 2.5-mile and a 1.25-mile swim, started on the sands at both 37th Avenue South and 17th Avenue South, respectively, and went north, just out front...
