Fletcher Middle School Boys Swim and Dive team won the DCPS City Championships for the second year in a row May 11 at Cecil Aquatics Center.
Under the direction of Coaches Mary Phillips and Lynn McCarthy, Fletcher beat 12 other middle school teams to win the title.
