The recent annual Flounder Pounder was a huge success in raising more than a million dollars for the Jacksonville School for Autism. Local Captain Jon Houston (left) took home the win with a 11.03-pound aggregate, while Kelsey Carter (center) secured the women’s division with 5.14-pound fish. As the days get shorter, the fishing has been getting better for local anglers.
