It’s a milestone summer for Sofia Rodriguez. The Neptune Beach teen graduated last month from the Douglas Anderson School of the Arts. She celebrated her 18th birthday on July 7 and, starting July 21, Rodriguez will appear in the Florida State College of Jacksonville production of “Sister Act” at the Wilson Center for the Arts located at 11901 Beach Blvd.
