Duval County Schools Superintendent Diana Greene has lunch with students at Jacksonville Beach Elementary School on opening day Aug. 12.
She was there to recognize the school, the second highest performing elementary school in Florida. The students at the gifted magnet are among more than 129,000 students who started school in Duval County Aug. 12.
