The One Ocean Resort & Spa’s culinary team, led by executive chef Zachary Drawdy, won the Signature Chef Event benefiting the March of Dimes on Nov. 14. Their preparation and presentation of coriander dusted Hawaiian sea bass, one of Azurea Restaurant’s signature dishes, was selected as the best for Jacksonville’s premier culinary event.
The March of Dimes’ Signature Chef Auction was held at the Timuquana Country Club. One Ocean Resort & Spa participated alongside other notable culinary teams in Jacksonville to support the March of Dimes.
