“Buddy” Hugh Thomas Harrell, 79, passed away on January 20, 2016 in Jacksonville Beach. Buddy was born on February 15, 1936 in Norfolk Virginia. Buddy was self-employed in the Custom Flooring and Granite business for over 20 years. Buddy loved surf fishing and reading.
Buddy was loving grandfather, father and husband. He is survived by son Trey Harrell, daughter Valorie Stoeber, and grandchildren Madison, Shane, Austin and Delaney. He was predeceased by his wife Joyce Harrell, parents, Hugh and Marjorie Harrell, and sister Peggy Wilson.
A military burial was planned for Tuesday January 26, 2016 at 11:30 at the Jacksonville Veteran’s Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans in lieu of flowers.
