DUPREE, JAMES “JD” “JIMMY”

James "JD" "Jimmy" Dupree, 63 of Jacksonville Beach, passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at McGraw Center for Caring.
Jimmy was born July 21, 1952, in New Smyrna Beach, FL and attended Terry Parker High School through his junior year. He graduated from Rock Hill High School in 1971.
Jimmy is survived by two brothers, Marvin and David DuPree; a sister, Rita DuPree Phillips, all of Jacksonville Beach; and his grandson, John "JC" Queen of Rock Hill, SC.  He is predeceased by his parents, Tommie and Mildred DuPree; a sister, Nancy DuPree Smith; and his daughter, Ashley DuPree Queen.
A private family ceremony will be scheduled at a later date.
The family requests in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida.
