Harry E. Burns, III, 65, formerly of Neptune Beach, died Monday, June 6, 2016 at Woodland Grove Nursing Home.
He is survived by three sons, Ted Burns, Zachary Burns, Joshua Burns; two daughters, Jessica Burns, Sara Burns and two grandsons, Griffin and Cameron; brother, Tom Burns and two sisters, Kathy Bennick and Jean Burns. He is preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Williams Casey and father, Harry E. Burns, Jr.
No memorial service is planned. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or Community Hospice of Northeast Florida.
