JOHNSON, CHARLES ROBERT (BOB)

Atlantic Beach resident Charles Robert (Bob) Johnson went home to be with his Lord on April 4, 2016 at the age of 90. He died in the comfort of his home with his family by his side. Bob was born in Albany, Georgia on January 7, 1926 to Mary Edna Chapman Johnson and William Robert Johnson.

KELLY, RAIDEN MICHAEL

Raiden Michael Kelly, 15, of Jacksonville, FL passed away April 7, 2016. He was born April 6, 2001 in Rochester, NY and moved to Jacksonville at the age of 2. He was a freshman at Darnell Cookman School of the Medical Arts where he aspired to be an anesthesiologist.

KING, FRED HARLAN

Fred Harlan King, 83, of Neptune Beach went to be with his maker on April 11, 2016. He was born in Detroit, MI on June 8, 1932. He grew up in Great Neck, NY and moved to Florida around 1952.

ROOKS, HAROLD JACKSON

Harold Jackson Rooks, age 87, passed away peacefully April 12, 2016 surrounded by his family. Harold was born August 7, 1928 in Tifton, Ga. where he grew up until joining the U.S. Navy in 1946. He enjoyed a 23 year career in the Navy and retired in 1968 as Chief Petty Officer.
