ROYCRAFT, TED

Ted Roycraft, longtime beach resident, passed away June 22, 2016. He was a Korean War veteran, serving in the U.S. Navy in VF-121. He was a member of American Legion Post #129, V.F.W. #3270, Ribault #272, J.W. Fargis #356 Masonic Lodges and the York Rite Jacksonville Chapter #12.

Benjamin Daniel Sibley, III, passed away June 23, 2016. He was born July 25, 1933 to Benjamin Daniel Sibley, Jr. and Dorothy Thomas Sibley in Charlottesville, Virginia where he attended McDuffie Elementary and Lane High School (Class of 1951).

Maxine Smith Hall, 79, passed away Friday, June 17, 2016 at a local Hospice Facility after a long battle with cancer. Mrs. Hall, the daughter of the late Gussie Alexander Smith and Laura Greta Smith, was born July, 21 1936, in Pitts, Georgia. Her husband William Hall preceded her in death.

CHRISTOPHER TODD SNYDER

Christopher Todd Snyder went home to the Lord suddenly on June 15, 2016. He was born September 7, 1966 in Atlanta, Georgia. He was the son of Gay Knorr and Fritz Snyder. He was a longtime resident of Jacksonville Beach and attended Fletcher High School. He grew up with childhood diabetes.

DAVID LOPANIK

David Lopanik, 75, of Atlantic Beach, Fl., passed away suddenly on June 8, 2016. Always known as Dave, he was born March 1, 1941 to Stefan and Anna Lopanik. The youngest of five children, Dave grew up in New Jersey enjoying football, sailing, racing cars and traveling.

RANDALL T. GILLIS (RANDY)

Randall T. (Randy) Gillis passed away on June 1, 2016 at the age of 63 after losing his battle with cancer.

URSULA GAUDETTE

On May 29, 2016 Ursula Gaudette was reunited with her husband Tom. Born April 11, 1938 in Moers, West Germany, she was a World War II survivor. After studying commercial education in Berlin, in 1959 she was employed in an American military airport.
