Free Yoga classes are held from 9 to 10 a.m. at Jack Russell Park, 800 Seminole Road in Atlantic Beach. Participants should bring a mat and water. Beaches WellFest sponsors the classes through a COAB Arts, Recreation, and Culture Committee Grant.
