The 15th Annual Flounder Pounder Fishing Tournament was held in Jacksonville Oct. 12. Winners were Andrew Virtuoso (15.11 pounds), Shelley Vail (women, 2.55 pounds) and Cale Smith (junior angler, 5 pounds).
