A 15-year-old Neptune Beach boy suffered fatal injuries Oct. 4 after he was struck by a car while riding his bike from the Fletcher High School football game. Police said the accident occurred at the five-way intersection of Penman Road, Florida Boulevard and Forest Avenue shortly after 10 p.m., police said.
