The assailant in a fatal shooting last year in Jacksonville Beach could spend up to 40 years behind bars. On Sept. 19, Akiyah Denise Price, 28, of Jacksonville, pled guilty to second-degree murder. She will be sentenced at her Dec. 20 hearing.
