ORDINANCE NO. 2024-01, SECOND READ AND PUBLIC HEARING. An Ordinance of the City of Neptune Beach, Florida, Creating Chapter 22, Article VI, Sections 22-101 through 22-105, Automated Traffic Enforcement; Providing for Severability; and Providing an Effective Date

ORDINANCE NO. 2024-02, SECOND READ AND PUBLIC HEARING. An Ordinance of the City of Neptune Beach, Florida, Creating Chapter 14, Sections 14-12, Park Hours, and 14-13, Loitering, Soliciting, Begging, Etc., in Public Offices or Buildings Open to the Public; Providing for Severability; and Providing an Effective Date.

The ordinance in their entirety may be inspected at the Office of the City Clerk during regular working hours.  All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinances.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Council with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing the person will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
