Sanctuary residents ask Jacksonville Beach to continue flood mitigation efforts

Sanctuary residents are asking city officials to continue flood mitigation efforts in the south Jacksonville Beach neighborhood. During the Nov. 6 City Council meeting, resident Andrew Scammon addressed the issue on behalf of the 222 residents in the Sanctuary subdivision.
