Kids and teens can celebrate the end of the Jacksonville Public Library's summer reading with a "Drop-In Summer Closing Party."
Parties will be held Monday, July 31, from 2 to 3 p.m. at the Beaches Branch Library, 600 Third St., Neptune Beach, and Thursday, Aug. 3, from 3 to 4 p.m. at the Pablo Creek Regional Library, located at 13295 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville.
