The Mandarin Art Festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, at the Mandarin Community Club, 12447 Mandarin Road, Jacksonville. There will be more than 100 local and national artist exhibitors, along with food vendors, children's activities, live music, a children's art show, a green market and more.
