Adventure Landing received a second extension allowing it to remain open until March 31 in Jacksonville Beach. Originally slated to close on Oct. 31, 2021, the date was later pushed to Dec. 31. The extension follows the developer’s request to defer the rezoning plans for the property located at 1944 Beach Blvd.
