ORDINANCE NO. 2021-12, SECOND READ AND PUBLIC HEARING. An Ordinance Amending the Operating Budget for the City of Neptune Beach, Florida for the Fiscal Year Beginning October 1, 2021, and Ending September 30, 2022
The ordinance in its entirety may be inspected. at the Office of the City Clerk during regular working hours. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinances.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Council with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing the person will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
