The Development Agreement confirms that real property located at 540-580 Atlantic Blvd. (RE#172395-0130), Neptune Beach, Florida may be developed for the land uses, building intensities, height and other provisions of the City of Neptune Beach Comprehensive Plan and Unified Land Development Regulations in effect on the execution of the Development Agreement.
