Chamber music concerts postponed

The Florida Chamber Music Project (FCMP) has postponed its May 17 and June 7 concerts due to the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall closure and other uncertainties associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
The May 17 concert was to feature Torke Corner in Manhattan and Schumann String Quartet No. 2 in A major. The June 7 concert, which had originally been scheduled for March 15, will be performed during the 2020-2021 season. That program will include Haydn String Quartet in G Major and Beethoven String Quartet Opus 18.
“Naturally we are disappointed that we cannot finish our season,” said Susan Pardue, artistic director of FCMP. “We realize that everyone must do their part to keep this disease from advancing. We plan to showcase a performance online during May for our supporters. Look for more details regarding this streaming program.”
Holders of season tickets may choose to donate them to FCMP or can seek a refund through either the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall box office or Ticketmaster, depending on where they purchased the tickets.
