St. Augustine Beach, between the southern portion of Anastasia State Park and 8th Street, will be closed during the afternoon Sunday, March 15, for a sand tilling project. The project is a requirement of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection permit associated with the beach nourishment project completed in 2018.
