The city of Neptune Beach will celebrate 85 years and observe National Night Out on Saturday, Oct. 22, at Jarboe Park, located on 5th Street in Neptune Beach.
The free program will be held from noon to 6 p.m.
Events will include free food and drinks, a petting zoo, face painting, an antique car show, a human hamster wheel and hay rides.
