Inshore, around the banks of the St. Johns River, flounder are hungry. Anglers are picking up limits with average sizes being 15-20 inches. You may land a few flat fish working structure, such as bulkhead rocks, with a Carolina rig. Use a light weight, maybe a half ounce, along with a #1 Owner Kahle hook and a live pilchard.
