The Beaches Town Center Agency and the Dancin' in the Street committee presented event director Patsy Bishop with a gift for her 30 years of service to the community and to the annual festival.
Neptune Beach Mayor Harriet Pruette proclaimed official Patsy Bishop Day. Atlantic Beach Mayor Mitch Reeves also presented the same proclamation for the city of Atlantic Beach.
