Panama City Beach Arnold used a walk-off home run in the bottom of the 12th inning to vanquish the Ponte Vedra Sharks by the score of 6-5 in April 29’s Region 1-6A softball final.
The host Marlins led 5-1 headed to the top of the seventh inning before Ponte Vedra’s Michelle Leone blasted a grand slam that sent the ballgame to extra innings.
