Fletcher High’s Kayley DeLay won the girls 1,600-meter and 3,200-meter races in the District 1-4A meet April 13 at Flagler Palm Coast, while Naajizdah Nichols leaped 16, feet 10 inches to win the long jump.
DeLay completed the 1,600 in 5:05.88 to finish well ahead of runner-up MaryBeth Rowland (5:29.01) of Mandarin.
