A warrant has been issued for the owner of a sailboat that washed ashore more than two months ago in Jacksonville Beach. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission issued a warrant Dec. 27 for John Lucas “Luke” Rehberg for failing to pay the necessary fees to transfer the title of his sailboat to FWC.
