Volunteer Life Saving Corps files lawsuit against Jacksonville Beach

The Volunteer Life Saving Corps (VLSC) has filed a lawsuit against the city of Jacksonville Beach for failing to comply with a 2016 agreement that defines the corps role on the city’s oceanfront.
