The city of Atlantic Beach will host its annual Tour de Parks, a community bicycle ride to 10 parks in the community, on Saturday, March 27. The event kicks off at 9 a.m., and begins and ends at Russell Park. Atlantic Beach police will guide participants along the route through Howell, Bull, Johansen, Jordan, Donner, Dutton Island, Rose, Tide Views and Beaches Memorial Veterans parks.
