JEA is installing electric transmission poles and power lines along Race Track Road. Temporary lane closures will be required on portions of the eastbound lane on Race Track Road during the length of the project, which is scheduled to be completed in December.
This important infrastructure project will provide additional needed electrical power and alternate power supply sources in the event of an outage. Pole installation sites will move each day, as will lane closures, until the work is completed.
