The Jacksonville Beach Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance. These suspects were observed using credit cards stolen from an elderly man who was the victim of a vehicle burglary earlier that day in Jacksonville Beach. The suspects were observed using the credit cards at the Macclenny Wal-Mart, and were seen arriving and leaving the scene in a black SUV or van. The tattoos, above right, were observed on the male suspect.
