St. Johns County vaccinating Florida residents 16 years of age and older

St. Johns County is now accepting COVID-19 vaccination appointment preregistrations for people who are 16 years of age and older to receive the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine. Qualifying individuals who are interested in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine may register for an appointment by visiting sjcvaccineappointment.sjcfl.us.
Those who register will receive an automated phone call from 904-295-3711 with an assigned appointment date and time. Individuals who choose to decline the appointment will remain registered, and will receive a subsequent phone call with an alternative appointment. Upon arrival at the vaccination site, appointment holders will be required to provide identification and proof of Florida residency. Individuals under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The appointment registration system is only for individuals who are receiving their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
