St. Johns County submitted an updated Short-Term Vacation Rental Reopening Plan to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation on June 9. The amended plan was approved and became effective June 10.
The new plan addresses a variety of factors including time between rentals, cleaning and sanitization requirements, and visitors from states listed in the Governor’s executive orders.
